The reporter learned from the Guangxi Maritime Affairs Bureau that at 03:25 on March 13th, the “Gongheyu 52139” ship was on the way to the Jianghong Fishing Port in Suixi County, Guangdong Province, and the submergence in the cabin near the 11-kilometer-long southeastern port of Beihai Overseas Chinese Port was submerged. 16 fishermen were in distress.

After receiving the report, the Guangxi Maritime Search and Rescue Center immediately initiated a second-level response to the search and rescue emergency plan, and organized, coordinated, and directed the "Sea Patrol 1902," "Marine Police 45018," "Beibu Bay 3," "Chinese Fisheries 45018," and "Gui Beiyu 63371, and other nine ships searched and rescued, and coordinated the rescue helicopter "B-7120" for aerial search.

As of 10:15, the Guangxi Maritime Search and Rescue Center had rescued a total of 15 people. One of them died unhappily and one person was still missing.
