Nanchang will build wind power equipment manufacturing base

The province will plan to build three wind turbine manufacturing bases. Among them, the Nanchang wind power equipment manufacturing base will rely on Nanchang Dongyuan Electromechanical Co., Ltd. to produce 500 sets of wind turbines with 1.5 to 3 megawatts per year, with a production capacity of 1,000 megawatts.

Jiangxi is rich in wind energy resources

By 2015, wind power will basically form a relatively complete industrial chain with wind power generation, wind turbines manufacturing, parts and components, and raw material production. By 2015, the province will strive to achieve a sales revenue of 400 billion yuan for wind energy, nuclear energy, energy-saving technologies and electronic information industry, with an average annual growth rate of more than 30%.
