South Korea's ship and protective coatings manufacturer International Paint Korea (IPK) won the Innovation Award for "2011 Workplace Innovation" on November 11.
It is reported that “Workplace Innovation” originated in 2009, and is committed to strengthening the competitiveness of enterprises and improving the working environment of employees, and rewarding enterprises that have made achievements in the fields of improving work processes, product quality and labor management.
Since its inception in 1980, IPK has been strengthening employee management and has never had a labor dispute, resulting in the “2011 Workplace Innovation” award.
