It is reported that Hegang has planned three sets of "3052" fertilizer projects, and also plans four sets of million-ton coking projects and a large number of other projects, which constitute the basic framework for the leap-forward development of coal chemical industry in Hegang City.
On October 12, the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the annual output of 300,000 tons of synthetic ammonia and 520,000 tons of large-grain urea project was held in Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province. The project is scheduled to be completed and put into operation in 2013.
