A. Routine inspection before stacker operation:

Routine inspections before the job have an absolute effect on the safety of the job on the day. Before operating your stacker, confirm that the stacker is in a safe state.

Before you check your stacker, please perform the following actions:

a. Stop the stacker at a safe and stable place b, stop the engine å’¿D, pull up the handbrake, and set all the control levers to the neutral position.

c. Let the mast be in a vertical position with the horizontal line. Put down the fork and let the fork come into contact with the ground.

Take a look around the stacker for leaks or leaks.

Check if the tire pressure is normal, if there is a cut on the tread, if the steel ring is deformed or damaged, and if the screws are locked.

Check if the rear supporter and fork are deformed, cracked, and the positioning of the fork is normal.

Check whether the tightness of the mast chain is the same.

Check if the lamp is damaged or if there is a deformed crack in the protective roof.

Open the hood and check the cooling water level. Check the engine oil level. Check the fan belt for cracks and wear. Check the battery electrolyte level. Check hydraulic oil level. Check the brake fluid level. Put down the hood, get in the car and sit on the seat. The seat is adjusted to the proper position. The steering wheel tilt angle is adjusted to the ideal position. Check if the speaker function is normal. Test whether the brake pedal is normal. Test whether the accelerator pedal is normal. Test whether the clutch pedal is normal. (Manual gear model) Test whether or not the jog pedal is normal. (Automatic gear model) Operation Handbrake lever is normal.

Turn the key switch ON and check that the amount of fuel oil is sufficient. Check whether each warning light and instrument function on the instrument panel is normal. Check if the direction light control lever is functioning properly. Check the brake light is working properly. Start the engine and let the engine warm up for 5 minutes. Check if there are abnormal sounds or abnormal vibrations. Check whether the mast is moving up and down, and whether it is smooth before and after, and check whether there is oil leakage in the hydraulic Cylinder and the oil pipe. Slowly displace the stacker in a safe area. Check that the clutch action (inch switch action) is normal. Check if the brake braking force is sufficient. Check steering wheel steering is normal.

Second, regular inspection and maintenance Before operating the stacker, in addition to the need to perform first (the routine inspection before the job), the stacker for safety reasons, and to ensure the life of the parts, performance. Routine inspections of the stacker should be made at regular intervals.

a. When you encounter a problem, please discuss with your supervisor or technical staff and do not repair it yourself to ensure the safety of man-machine.
