According to the National Development and Reform Commission, the Department of Economic Affairs of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance and Economics Development Division signed a 2012/2013 annual off-season commercial reserve agreement for fertilizers in Beijing with the State's light-storage chemical fertilizer storage enterprises on September 26. The signed light-duty fertiliser task volume is 15.3 million tons (another special reserve of 700,000 tons of phosphate fertilizer is under reserve). At this point, the 2012/2013 annual off-season commercial reserve has been fully deployed. Of the companies that signed the agreement on lighter storage of fertilizers, 41.5% were in circulation, 14.6% in production, and 43.9% were in the combination of production and distribution companies. Each storage enterprise will start the new year of fertilizer storage and storage.
