(6) The enterprise must carry out the safety management work plan for the tailings reservoir safety assessment work, and conduct a safety evaluation of the tailings pond every five years by the qualified technical service agency. The safety evaluation report of the tailings pond must be reported to the provincial safety production supervision and administration department for the record.

Second, the safety management of the tailings pond
