I. Introduction

The gold ores containing 22 g / t, iron ore magnetically metallic minerals, mainly natural gold. Non-metallic quartz, feldspar, sericite chlorite-based. In order to provide a reasonable process flow for on-site production, in order to provide a reliable basis for the selection of equipment for the manufacturer, the sample was re-elected, flotation, and magnetic separation.

Finally, the test proves that the direct flotation gold concentrate contains 380.34 g/ton of gold and the recovery rate is 98.80%; after grinding, the gold concentrate of flotation contains 93.46g/t of gold and the recovery rate is 99.33%. Better than re-election indicators.

At the same time, the tailings after flotation can recover iron concentrate with a grade of 64.38% and a yield of 6.20%.

As can be seen from the above figures, the mine is easy to select and can be recycled comprehensively. The value is very high.

Second, re-election test

(1) The re-election experiment selects two options of direct re-election and grinding re-election.

The test process is shown in Figures 1 and 2.

(III) Analysis of the results

As can be seen from the above table, the re-selected concentrate grade and recovery rate are both high. However, the effect of direct re-election is better than re-election after grinding.

Third, flotation test

(1) In order to further increase the recovery rate of gold, two kinds of scheme tests of direct ore flotation and post-grinding flotation are carried out. The test process is shown in Figure 3 and Figure 4.

(III) Analysis of the results

The above data shows that the gold recovery rate of the two schemes is higher than that of the re-election, but the gold content of the direct ore flotation is high and the yield is low. It is feasible to consider the direct flotation comprehensively, but it is necessary to grind the coarse particles, otherwise the flotation cannot be carried out.

Fourth, magnetic separation test

Because there is a recyclable by-product magnetite in the sand, the particle size is fine, so there is no need to grind it. It is only necessary to recover from the flotation tailings with a magnetic separator.

(II) Results and analysis

According to the selection of the laboratory XCGS-50 Davis analysis tube, at a magnetic field strength of 1200 oers, an iron concentrate with a TFe of 64.38% and a yield of 6.20% can be selected. That is, 100 tons of raw sand ore can produce 6.20 tons of iron concentrate.

At the same time, because the flotation tailings gold content is only 0.29g / t, it is guaranteed that the iron concentrate will not entrain gold.

V. Recommended beneficiation process

In order to maximize the recovery of gold, it is also necessary to consider the economic feasibility. It is recommended to screen the sieve first, and then sieve it into the ball mill for coarse grinding and then pass the mercury together with the sieved material. Try to recover some of the monomer gold first, and it is not easy to be mixed with mercury. After flotation and enrichment, gold concentrate is produced. The flotation of the tailings is demagnetized to select qualified iron concentrates that do not contain gold.

Conclusion

After re-election, flotation and magnetic separation, a series of small-scale experiments, the final best choice is to pre-classify, the coarse sieve is removed from the ball mill and then coarsely ground, then the sieved material is first mixed with mercury first, then the agitation tank Then, the flotation is carried out, so that the grain monomer gold can be harvested as early as possible, and the tailings containing gold in the flotation will be lower. In the case of the original ore gold 22.58 g/t, the gold recovery rate can reach more than 99%. The gold content of the flotation tailings can be reduced to about 0.20g/t. In this way, the iron concentrate selected by magnetic separation has a trace amount of gold, and the iron concentrate grade can reach more than 64.38%%.

In summary, the mine is easy to select and has a high recovery rate and a small amount of harmful impurities. Can be combined with gold, gold concentrate, iron concentrate. The comprehensive utilization value is very high, and a part of the finished product in advance can speed up the turnover of funds.
