The spinning process usually involves the sheet metal being stuck on a spinning machine. The spinning machine tool is similar to an ordinary machine tool. During the processing, the blank is formed against a three-dimensional mold core. The main shaft drives the blank and the mold core to rotate, and then the rotating wheel is used to apply pressure to the rotating blank.Metal Spinning Aluminum Products We have Lampshades, Liners, Lids, Bucket Containers, Aluminum Fittings and so on .If you send drawings we also can help you make it. From September 20th to 22nd, a key seminar on the protection and promotion of patented technologies in the Chinese phosphorus and compound fertilizer industry was held. Organized by *Agricultural Resources Daily* and sponsored by Shenzhen Baotian Ecological Engineering Co., Ltd., with support from Hebei Jinglong Fengli Chemical Co., Ltd., the event brought together industry leaders, experts, and professionals to address critical challenges in intellectual property development.
In recent years, the phosphate and compound fertilizer sector has faced growing concerns over intellectual property restrictions. Key process technologies often face compliance barriers, while unfair competition and patent infringement have become increasingly common. The seminar aimed to raise awareness about the importance of protecting patents, encouraging innovation, and fostering a more transparent and competitive industry environment.
Yang Ming, Deputy Director of the Department of Agricultural Chemistry at the State Intellectual Property Office, highlighted that China still lags behind many developed countries in terms of IP awareness. With 7.3 million enterprises in the country, most lack even a single patent, and 60% don’t own their own trademarks. Among the approximately 6,000 fertilizer companies online, only around 300 patent applications are submitted annually—a worrying statistic that underscores the need for stronger IP strategies.
Zhang Yongzhi, Vice Chairman of the China Phosphate Compound Fertilizer Industry Association, noted that over the past two decades, China has made significant progress in technological innovation within the sector. Companies like Shenzhen Baotian have demonstrated strong patent awareness, filing as many as 24 patents—making it one of the top compound fertilizer companies in terms of IP activity. However, many firms that achieve breakthroughs often suffer due to inadequate protection, leading to lost opportunities and reduced competitiveness.
The seminar also featured discussions on various technical challenges, including resource management, anti-compaction technology, high-tower granulation, and low-concentration raw material compounding. Experts explored how to better protect intellectual property rights and promote the application of new processes and technologies. Topics such as patent transfer, independent innovation, and collaboration between enterprises were also addressed, aiming to build a more sustainable and innovative future for the industry.
Overall, the event served as a crucial platform for knowledge exchange and policy discussion, emphasizing the urgent need for improved IP strategies across the entire phosphate and compound fertilizer supply chain.
