Horrocks Fire and Rescue Apparatus is proud to congratulate the Wyndmoor Hose Company No. 1 from Montgomery County on their recent decision to partner with us and Rosenbauer for the construction of their brand-new 55’ ACP (Articulating Cobra Platform). This impressive aerial ladder truck will be built on a Rosenbauer Commander chassis, featuring an EXT 3/16" extruded aluminum body. The ACP comes with a transferrable lifetime structural warranty, a front bumper booster reel, a powerful 1,750gpm Hale pump, a 500-gallon water tank, and a Harrison 6kw hydraulic generator. It’s equipped with a 750lb dry and 500lb wet tip load, a 13’ 8” a-frame outrigger spread, and uses the same SMART control system as our other aerial equipment. We're excited to see this unit in action and are grateful for the trust placed in us by Wyndmoor Hose Company.
