Application: This is a sanitary constant pressure valve suitable for use in food processing, beverages, and biopharmaceutical industries. It has two types of pressure control: V type (inlet constant pressure) which maintains stable pressure at the inlet, often used behind heat exchangers as a safety valve. A type (outlet constant pressure) keeps the outlet pressure consistent, commonly used before filling machines or bottle filling machines.

Dimension for Constant Pressure Valve
Operating Principles: The constant pressure valve is operated by compressed air, working automatically without sensors on the piping system or other auxiliary instruments. Only one compressed air pressure regulating valve is needed to maintain stable pressure and ensure the normal operation of the valve. The diaphragm slice and valve rod can respond quickly to changes in product flow and pressure, adjusting the valve stem position to maintain the preset pressure. For V-type valves, the inlet pressure is kept constant; when the conveying medium pressure exceeds the set pressure, the valve opens, allowing the pressure to decrease. If the pressure becomes insufficient, the valve closes. For A-type valves, the outlet pressure is maintained, and the valve closes when the pressure is higher than the set value, opening again when the pressure drops.
