Application: This is a sanitary constant pressure valve suitable for use in food processing, beverage, and biopharmaceutical industries. It offers two types of constant pressure control: V-type (inlet constant pressure), which maintains pressure at the valve inlet and is often used behind heat exchangers as a safety valve; and A-type (outlet constant pressure), which maintains pressure at the outlet and is commonly used before filling machines or bottle filling machines.

Dimension for Constant Pressure Valve
Operating Principles: The constant pressure valve operates using compressed air, running automatically without sensors or other auxiliary instruments. It only requires one compressed air pressure regulating valve to maintain stable pressure, allowing the valve to function normally. The diaphragm and valve rod can respond quickly to changes in product and pressure, adjusting the stem position to maintain the preset pressure. For V-type valves, the inlet pressure is kept constant. When the conveying medium pressure exceeds the set value, the valve opens, reducing the flow until the pressure drops below the set point, then the valve closes. For A-type valves, the outlet pressure is maintained. If the conveying medium pressure is higher than the set value, the valve closes, and when the pressure decreases, it opens again to adjust the flow.
