Waste oil is typically collected from machinery, vehicles, ships, etc., and is usually black and very dirty. This type of waste oil contains a high level of contaminants, including non-hydrocarbons, alkenes, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, metal hydronium, impurities, metal particles, asphaltenes, and colloids. These impurities are harmful to lubrication systems and car engines, making the oil unsuitable for use and requiring replacement.
The traditional method of recycling waste oil involves an acid process, which generates significant waste sludge, emits bad odors, and is not environmentally friendly. The resulting base oil is often impure and prone to oxidation. Many countries have banned this method.
Our company has developed a new vacuum distillation machine called JZC, specifically designed for purifying and regenerating black waste lubricating oil, including used engine oil, lube oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, dirty diesel oil, and mixed oils. This equipment uses a physicochemical approach to polymerize, passivate, absorb, and eliminate impurities and harmful substances. Under high vacuum conditions, the JZC machine heats the waste oil to temperatures ranging from 110°C to 350°C, breaking down hydrocarbon molecules and recombining them into diesel oil and lubricating base oil. This machine is ideal for small-scale oil refineries or companies looking to produce oil independently.

Q: What capabilities do we have?

A: Operating under negative pressure lowers the boiling point of the oil, preventing cracking when the temperature reaches 420–450°C. At 450°C, the oil would otherwise turn into diesel.

1. Multiple heating options are available, such as using a boiler with fuel, natural gas, or coal. For smaller machines, electric heating can also be used.
1. The JZC machine does not require any chemicals or activators during the distillation process; it operates through pyrolysis.
2. The regeneration process occurs under high-temperature distillation (from 80°C to 580°C), transforming the oil from a liquid state to a gaseous state. Different temperature ranges produce various densities of diesel fuel and base oil (light and heavy base oil).
3. The JZC machine is eco-friendly, producing minimal sludge. The sludge consists of pure carbon materials without any oil, which can be processed into carbon toner for printing applications.
4. The heating system is optional, with electric heaters suitable for 2-ton and 5-ton capacities, and boilers suitable for 10-ton, 20-ton, or larger capacities.
