The snack extruder uses corn, rice, wheat, oat, and barley as main ingredients to produce puffed snacks. Through friction between the screw and barrel, the grains are cooked inside the extruder. The forming process occurs at the die face cutter, where the shape of the product is determined by the die aperture, offering a wide variety of shapes such as balls, tubes, sticks, rings, fruit loops, stars, wheels, flowers, and hearts.

The primary materials include corn, rice, wheat, oat, barley, millet, and sorghum. Additional ingredients may consist of salt, sugar, flavoring agents, cocoa powder, and other additives.

The machine allows for various shapes such as ball, tube, stick, ring, fruit loop, star, wheel, flower, and heart, depending on the die used in the extruder.

The machine can produce 100–150 kg/h, 240 kg/h, or 500 kg/h, depending on the model.

• The screws are made from alloy steel (38CrMoAL) with nitriding treatment, achieving a hardness of HRC 60–62. They have excellent self-cleaning properties and do not require cleaning during material changes.
• The extrusion barrel is constructed from carbon steel (#45 steel) with a stainless steel coating.
• The gearbox features automatic lubrication, extending gear life.
• The cutting knife is fixed in the die head seat, driven by a V-belt for rotary cutting.
• SIEMENS (China) branded electronic components are used in the control box, ensuring precise extrusion performance.
• The main motor is from SIEMENS (China), providing strong extrusion power and reliable performance.
