The participating experts fully affirmed the innovation and advancement of the project, and agreed that: for the oxygen-pressure leaching full-wet zinc smelting process, the zinc-oxygen pressure leaching vertical stirring mill under the conditions of grinding concentration of 65%-68% The total installed power of 1400kW) and the two-stage open-circuit grinding system can stably produce a particle size of -45μm of 95% or more. Compared with domestic and foreign technologies, the process and equipment technology not only has short process, low investment, low operating cost and energy saving effect. 【Background of the project】

Zinc-oxygen leaching wet smelting technology is an internationally advanced zinc smelter direct oxygen leaching wet smelting technology. Compared with other zinc smelting processes, it reduces the concentrate drying, leaching slag drying and desulfurization process. Low process, short process, low power consumption, low environmental pollution and high leaching rate. However, in the direct oxygen pressure leaching process of zinc concentrate, it is required that the grinding grain size of the zinc concentrate must satisfy -45 μm and more than 95%, and the concentration must be 65% to 68%, which is technically difficult.

At present, the preparation of raw materials in the zinc-oxygen leaching process at home and abroad is carried out by ball mill + classifier + concentration process or sand mill open-circuit grinding process. The ball mill process has the disadvantages of unstable particle size, high energy consumption, long process, many control points, large floor space, high investment cost, difficult management, unstable underflow of thick machine and high operating cost of the system. The imported sand mill process equipment is expensive, the motor has large installed power, high operating cost, small cylinder volume, and the product granularity only reaches D85=45μm, which affects the subsequent leaching operation index.

The process and equipment have been put into production in the western mining 100kt/a electric zinc-oxygen pressure leaching system in August 2015. It has been two years since the production index is stable and the equipment is mature and reliable.
