Descriptions The Wet Drum Permanent Magnetic Separator is ideal for use in mines and coal preparation plants. It utilizes a weak wet magnetic field to separate strong magnetic ores or remove strong magnetic minerals mixed within non-magnetic materials. The magnetic field of CTS(N,B) wet drum permanent magnetic separators can be either rotary or fixed. The fixed type is mainly used in weak magnetic fields to separate fine particle strong magnetic materials or eliminate strong magnetic minerals from non-magnetic ores. When the ore pulp enters the magnetic field area, ferromagnetic materials are attracted to the surface of the drum, while weak magnetic substances and non-magnetic minerals are washed away by water. The magnetic minerals absorbed on the drum surface rotate with the drum and exit the magnetic field area. The rotary type is suitable for dry separation of fine particle strong magnetic ores. Due to its high-speed rotation, the magnetic particles roll more times than other separators, effectively breaking up magnetic re-aggregation and producing high-grade ore. The separated material is divided into magnetic and non-magnetic fractions and discharged through their respective channels. This machine is suitable for the roughing and cleaning of particles sized between 6-0 mm. There are three types of tanks available: CTB, CTS, and CTN. The same type of drum can be matched with these tanks to suit different separation tasks and requirements: - CTS is suitable for the roughing and cleaning of particles sized 6-0 mm. - CTN is ideal for the cleaning and scavenging of fine particles sized 0.6-0 mm, often used in coal processing for heavy medium recovery. - CTB is best suited for the roughing and cleaning of ores sized 0.5-0 mm, especially for cleaning ores sized 0.15-0 mm. This wet drum permanent magnetic separator offers continuous feeding and discharging of ores. It features a high magnetic field intensity, a high magnetic field gradient, a large working clearance, higher processing capacity, minimal magnetic flux leakage, low energy consumption, excellent beneficiation results, a simple structure, and easy maintenance.
