**High-Efficiency Squeezing Pelletizing System**
With over a decade of experience in plastic recycling, we have developed a high-efficiency squeezing pelletizing system that can replace traditional centrifuge dewatering machines, pipeline drying systems, and agglomerators. This system saves both energy and space while producing significantly drier material from washed PP and PE scraps. It also enables higher output rates, reaching up to 500–800 kg/h.
After the squeezing pelletizer, the rigid PP and PE flakes are very hot. To cool them down, we recommend using a double-layer air conveying pipe filled with cooling water. Once cooled, the flakes can be fed into a simple pelletizing line to produce high-quality granules.
