According to the company’s public announcement, in order to meet the needs of the market and the adjustment of the company’s production capacity structure, on the basis of the company’s original production capacity of 40,000 tons/year, the advantages of Shanxi Province for Energy and the company’s existing plants and equipment were fully utilized. The utility model combines the successful experience of the current domestic process of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda production and adopts the current international advanced high-density electropolar bipolar natural circulation electrolyzer system to replace and eliminate the company’s original 90,000 tons/year diaphragm caustic soda. Production equipment, the company decided to 60,000 tons / year ion-exchange membrane caustic soda technology transformation project construction. It is estimated that the total investment of the project will be 133.8664 million yuan and the construction investment will be 119.77 million yuan. The construction period is 1 year. The project funds are self-raised. After the project is completed and put into production, the company's new sales revenue is 129.6 million yuan, and profits and taxes are 30 million yuan (the budget is based on the average market price from 2008 to March 2009).
