Excessive fine sand emissions can also cause environmental pollution. To address these issues, we have developed the XS series fine sand recovery system. This system integrates advanced foreign technology with local conditions, offering a world-class solution for fine sand recovery. It is widely used in hydropower aggregate processing, glass raw material systems, artificial sand production lines, coal preparation plants, and environmental engineering projects like mud purification, effectively solving the problem of fine sand recovery.

1. The fine sand recycling system consists of a motor, slurry pump, cyclone, ZKR linear shaker, cleaning tank, and return bins.

2. The fine sand collection process involves transporting a mixture of sand and water to the cyclone, where it is concentrated through centrifugal classification. The fine sand is then transferred to the vibrating screen for dehydration. The vibrating screen efficiently separates fine sand and water, while small amounts of fine sand and mud are returned to the cleaning tank. If the concentration is too high, the excess is discharged. The linear shaker achieves a recyclable material concentration of 70% to 85%. Adjustments such as changing the pump speed, mortar concentration, overflow water level, or replacing the sand mouth help control the fineness modulus, completing the functions of cleaning, dehydration, and classification.
