Copper Pipe Air Condition Radiator Crusher Separator for Recycling
This machine is designed to efficiently separate copper and aluminum from used air conditioning radiators. It is ideal for recycling applications where the goal is to extract valuable materials from scrap radiators. The system includes a motor, reduction box, frame, press roller, blade, and pinch roller, all working together to cut and separate the copper pipes from the aluminum network. After processing, the copper remains intact, while the aluminum is broken into irregular pieces.
**Application Scope:**
The machine can process various types of used radiators, including copper and aluminum components. It is especially useful for separating the outer aluminum foil and inner copper pipe from waste air conditioners.

**Working Principle:**
Once the motor is started, the V-belt drives the compression roller, pinch roller, and blade through the reduction box. The raw material is compressed and fed into the fly-cutter blade by the pinch roller. The radiator is then cut into parts, allowing the copper pipe to be separated from the aluminum network. If the radiator has 3–4 layers, a band saw machine may be required for optimal results.
