Production Process:
I. Before extrusion, we dry ABS and PLA for an adequate time (1–1.5 hours) to ensure quality.
II. Colors are added using masterbatch or color powder, ensuring uniformity.
III. Temperature and drag rate are adjusted to maintain filament diameter within 1.7–1.8mm / 2.95–3.05mm, with a roundness tolerance of ±0.05mm. Each spool weighs approximately 1kg ±0.02kg.
