1. Check whether the power supply is plugged in, whether the water supply and air supply devices are normally connected and open, whether the drain valve is in the closed state, and whether the exhaust device is connected to the outdoor or sewer pipe;
2, laboratory water:
1) If the water supply device has been normally connected, open the water supply valve, press the "Power" button, the device will automatically add water to the laboratory until the "low water level" light on the left side of the operation panel is off (the "low water" light corresponds to the test chamber Water level).
2) If the water supply unit is not connected, press the “Power” button and manually pour tap water into the test chamber until the “low water level” light of the test chamber is extinguished.
3, pressure barrels add water:
1) If the water supply device is normally connected and the water supply valve is open, press the "Power" button, the device will automatically add water to the pressure tank (water added to the pressure tank will be filtered) until the right side of the operation panel " "Low water level" light goes out (the "low water level" light corresponds to the pressure tank level). It is best to keep the equipment in the water supply state during the experiment so as to avoid the suspension of the experiment due to lack of water in the pressure tank.
Note: The first time the salt spray tester is used or the water in the pressure tank is emptied and then refilled, 150 ml of purified water must be added to the “manual pressure tank” after the low-level light is turned off.
2) If the water supply unit is not connected, press the "Power" button, open the red valve below the manual filling point of the pressure tank, and manually pour the pure water into the pressure tank. The "low water level" lamp on the right side of the operation panel is off. After leaving, continue to add 1500ml of water, then turn off the valve. Because it is manually adding water, in the course of the experiment, a break should be taken to see if the low level indicator light of the pressure tank is on. If it is on, the experiment will be suspended and it is necessary to add water in time. It is best to add water to the pressure tank before work and before work every day to avoid experiment suspension. Note: The “spray” button must be turned off before adding water to the pressure tank during the experiment. Otherwise, the water spray will be applied when the red valve is opened, and then the “Spray” button will be turned on after the water is added.
4, water seal: the sealed water tank to add water to the pad position, in order to play a role in sealing the water seal of the laboratory;
5. Add the solution: pour the prepared solution into the salt replenishment tank (the top of the right side of the salt spray tester has a label for “test reagent inlet”), and the syrup can be automatically filled and flowed into the brine preheating tank. Economical 15 liters, standard 30 liters.
6. The salt spray corrosion test box will place the test piece in the test chamber correctly. (★ The surface to be tested faces upwards. The angle of the instrument should be set according to the required standard. For example, the standard test piece can be used for 130×70 (mm) 15° 30 degree inclination. Set.., And press the "operation" button, the pressure tank and the test chamber at the same time heating, to test the required set temperature automatically stop heating. After the temperature reaches the set value, set the timer, and press the "spray" and "time" button to start the test;

7, test time
Test time can be set according to customer requirements or product standards. If the test time is set longer, you should always pay attention to whether the solution in the pressure tank and the brine tank is too small, and add the corresponding solution in real time.

9 Adjust the spray volume:
A. Open the air outlet valve in front of the compressor and adjust the pressure to 2kg/cm2.
B. The pressure regulator is adjusted to a pressure of 1 kg/cm2. The pressure can be obtained from the pressure gauge (clockwise increase, counterclockwise decrease) secondary pressure.
If the spray volume is less than 1ml/80cm2?H or greater than 2ml/80cm2?H, the adjustment can be made by adjusting the white cone diffuser above the spray tower: the conical diffuser is upwardly adjusted to increase the spray volume; When the diffuser is lowered, the amount of spray decreases. Adjust the height of the conical diffuser until the spray volume is between 1 and 2 ml/80 cm2?H.
10. After the test is completed, remove the test piece and observe the test result. Turn off the “Timer”, “Spray”, “Operation”, and “Power” buttons in turn. If the salt sprayer is not used for a long time, the salt solution in the salt sprayer and the water in the laboratory must be dried.
11. If there is any abnormality in the test, refer to the functional abnormality judgment table.
