Function

1) High-quality 304 stainless steel inside and outside. Durable construction with a thickness of 1.0 mm. Weight ranges from 50 to 100 kg.

2) High concentration ozone generation using quartz tubes. Achieves an ozone concentration of 100 mg/m³ or higher, killing 99.96% of bacteria effectively.

3) Adjustable disinfection time up to 60 minutes, automatic completion for efficient sterilization. Most items can be sterilized in 10–20 minutes.

4) Equipped with a sealing strip to prevent ozone leakage and ensure safe operation during disinfection.

5) Suitable for room temperature sterilization, ideal for non-heat-resistant items like rubber, food, and raw materials. Effectively kills E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus without leaving residues.

6) Customizable design with PLC touch screen, single/double door options, interlocking doors, transfer function, and adjustable shelves or drawers based on user requirements.

Ozone Disinfection Cabinet Notes:

1. Place the sterilizer in a dry, well-ventilated area, at least 30 cm away from walls. Wait 10 minutes after sterilization before opening the door for best results.

2. Avoid opening the door during the disinfection process unless necessary, as it may reduce efficiency and increase energy consumption. Turn off or unplug the unit after each cycle.
