This is from Larry Shapiro:

Arlington Heights firefighters were called to a house on 127 N. Evanston Avenue around 5:30 PM on Thursday, March 17, 2016, after reports of smoke coming from the property. The first arriving units found heavy smoke billowing from a split-level home located in a cul-de-sac. Due to the intensity of the fire, the alarm was upgraded to a Code 4 working fire, which triggered additional resources from the Arlington Heights Fire Department, as well as a truck from Mount Prospect and an engine from Prospect Heights.

Firefighters quickly gained access to the attic through a scuttle and managed to bring the fire under control within just 20 minutes. Their swift response prevented the fire from spreading further and minimized damage to the structure.
