In response to our earlier post about Highland Park’s newest ambulance, Sam Borica came across a link to the Facebook page of Horton of Illinois, which features a large gallery of photos showcasing the new unit. The ambulance is a 2012 Ford F-450 Type I model built by Horton. This marks Highland Park’s first all-red ambulance and their very first Type I ambulance, making it a significant upgrade for the department.
