3. Feedstock for Biomass Burner
The biomass burner can process a wide range of materials such as wood pellets, palm shell pellets, wood chips, palm shells, olive shells, coffee shells, straw pellets, and other biomass pellets. The raw material should have a diameter between 6-10mm to ensure smooth feeding and efficient combustion.

4. Working Process of the Biomass Burner

1. Wood pellets are fed into the hopper via a screw conveyor. 2. A screw propeller pushes the pellets into the furnace, while a blower assists in delivering them. 3. The furnace is constructed with multiple layers: steel, water jacket, boiler steel, castable refractory, and fire bricks. The water jacket cools the furnace and extends its lifespan, maintaining a temperature of 60–70°C. The inner temperature reaches 800–900°C. 4. Observation and inspection holes allow monitoring of the combustion process. 5. A large bottom fan blows air from the bottom, which enters the furnace from the side, causing the pellets to rotate and mix thoroughly with oxygen for complete combustion. 6. Ignition is done using wood chips and a diesel igniter or by lighting the chips directly. 7. Ash is discharged through two holes on and under the grate, requiring cleaning every 5–7 days due to high combustion efficiency, resulting in minimal ash production. 8. A blower at the flame outlet extends the flame length. By adjusting the pellet feed speed and blower speed, the burner can operate in low, medium, or high fire modes, with a flame temperature of approximately 1100–1300°C and a flame length of 3–6 meters.

Customizable electrical components (domestic or imported) are available, and free replacement parts are provided within one year for quality issues. 2. The combustion chamber features three-layer thermal insulation, including high-aluminum refractory material for high-temperature resistance and anti-corrosion properties. The outer layer uses a water-cooling system to ensure long-term performance and stable operation. 3. Pyrolysis, gasification, secondary combustion, and smoke treatment systems eliminate secondary pollution, meeting European emission standards. 4. Utilizes ultra-low nitrogen combustion technology, multiple air intake, high-temperature pyrolysis, semi-gasification suspension combustion, and combines heat convection and radiation for efficient, continuous burning lasting over 2 seconds. 5. High thermal conversion efficiency (90%-95%), stable and continuous operation, easy to use and maintain. 6. Excellent sealing and negative pressure design prevent gas leakage.
