2. The machine operator must be familiar with the structure, performance, and routine maintenance of the machine being operated.
3. The electrical grounding of the machine tool must be good, and various safety protection devices must not be removed at will.

5. The machine tool accessories must be regularly inspected, overhauled, or replaced by a professional.
6. When the machine tool is wiped or scheduled for maintenance, the main power must be turned off.

8. Before the start of work
8.1 Labor protection articles must be worn properly. The collar, cuffs, and hem of the overalls should be buckled. When the equipment is in operation, the operator is not allowed to wear gloves and is not allowed to wear slippers, sandals, high heels or other clothing that does not meet the safety requirements.
8.2 It is forbidden to drink alcohol before starting work.
8.3 Organize the work site, remove all obstructions in the operation area, and remove oil and water stains on the ground.
8.4 Check the machine shift record and check whether the safety protection equipment, signaling devices, electrical equipment limit, brake, lubrication, lighting and other safety facilities are all in good condition, and whether the positions of the handles are correct.
8.5 Before the push button is pressed, check the rotating body of the machine tool and the reciprocating table surface for any unwrapped workpieces or other tools such as shelved tools. There are no stacked objects around the machine that interfere with the movement of the machine.
8.6 Carefully check whether the tools, fixtures and workpieces on the machine tool are firmly and correctly installed, safe and reliable, and ensure that the machine will not be loosened or detached due to an impact during the reversing, reversing, and machining processes during operation.
8.7 Before the workpiece on the machine tool, whether it is rough or semi-finished products, must carefully remove the burrs, flash, oil and cast sticky sand, etc., in order to prevent accidental accidents caused by dust and splashing.

9. At work
