Caesars recently introduced an integrated compression heat dryer i.HOC. i.HOC is the latest integrated compression heat dryer to match Kaiser dry screw air compressors. It can continuously and reliably provide compressed air with a dew point of minus 40 degrees, while saving energy and even challenging even harsher environmental conditions.

The integrated compression dryer, i. HOC, means that the heat generated by the air compression is used for regeneration of the desiccant. The heat is basically free, and the drying process does not require extra energy. The result: efficient and reliable air drying and lower energy consumption – even when the flow rate changes. Compared with existing systems on the market today, i.HOC makes full use of all available waste heat. This means that even in challenging environmental conditions such as low pressure, high temperature or low loading conditions, lower pressure dew point can still be easily achieved.

Two main objectives can be achieved through a variable speed controlled radial blower: to compensate for the pressure loss during the drying process and to automatically change the operating conditions according to the drying process. Patented regenerative process management ensures reliable drying even at ambient temperatures up to 45 degrees Celsius without the need for additional electric heat sources or coolers. The integrated Sigma Controller II controller perfectly manages the entire process, controlling the radial blower and the runner drive of the i.HOC integrated dryer.

Regardless of operating conditions or the amount of gas required, the controller automatically adjusts to ensure reliable and consistent production, regardless of the pressure dew point requirement of minus 20 degrees or minus 40 degrees. The logically compact system design not only ensures a straightforward and low-cost installation, but also provides the best maintainability and relatively small space. In addition, the Kaiser i.HOC system in Germany also offers amazing heat recovery efficiency. The full-line regeneration process of a water-cooled dry-type screw air compressor allows the compressor cooler to be used for heat recovery. The system completely eliminates the heat loss of the existing system caused by the extra dryer cooler and saves the energy consumption of heat and radiant heat in the original production process.

Industrial Application Software

Integrated management and control system for beneficiation has solved the integration problem between production and resource management < management > and the automatic control of production lines.
Through the real-time online equipment tracking management function of this system, early warning for equipment failure will occur automatically, thus reducing the production accidents caused by equipment failure, shortening the equipment maintenance cycle, optimizing the stock of spare parts and laying stable equipment foundation for highly-efficient and continuous production
